Return Time Frame

Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product which is purchased from Mr & Mrs Cosmetic Store.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags intact
• With proof of purchase (invoice / order number)

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or store credit.
